$295/Night plus tax
Please add 11.25% Hawaiian State tax to all prices.
(General Excise Tax + Hawaiian Transit Accommodations Tax)
5-night minimum stay.
Cleaning fee $110 applies to all rentals.
Check-out: between 8am and 10am (prior arrangements must be made for late check-out).
Check in: Between 3:00pm and 9pm (after hours by special arrangement).
No daily cleaning (washer and dryer available).
Payment Terms
* We require 50% of the total rental amount to reserve the accommodation.
* Receipt of your deposit is required to hold your reservation.
* The remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival.
* Personal checks must be received within one week of initial confirmation.
* Please make checks payable to Sommers Communication.
* You can extend your stay if space is available but you cannot decrease it without penalty.
* We take cash, checks, money orders and bank wire transfers.
* Although we've never done this, our rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
